I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

You can cancel your order at any time if it has not yet been dispatched already. Please send us a message.

What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. The status will be stated on "My Orders".

I entered the wrong delivery address.

If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us. In case your order has not yet been dispatched, the delivery address can be changed. If your order has been dispatched already, the order will be sent to you again with a correct address when we receive the order back from the carrier.

Do you also deliver on weekends?

That depending on the carrier and country of delivery. We are unable to request a specific day and time of delivery to our carriers. If you want to know if your order might be deliverd on a saturday or sunday please check the tracking information in your order dispatch email.

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are usually dispatched in 1 - 2 days. Depending on the carrier and destination country it will take a additional 1 - 3 days before your order arrives. For more detailed information please check your tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
